Some days I stare at my screen without a clue as to what I should post. Not today my friends. Today marks the start of football season. A season we take very seriously in this household. Before Jack could talk, he would shout at the TV when football was on (a little embarrassing at restaurants.)
Spartan pride starts early in this family. Jack was less than four weeks old at his first MSU tailgate. You can clearly see I am the mother of a newborn by the following:
- I am still rocking yoga pants as though they are socially acceptable outside of a gym
- My hair has not been brushed or washed (and not in the flattering, “Oh, I only wash it every four days” la-dee-dah, kind of way)
- I am rocking the all natural/sans make-up look. And…
- You can see my belly wrap (fancy name for post-partum girdle) under my sweatshirt
Well, the point of these pics and this post is this… GO GREEN!!!
With love from Detroit,
Callie
P.S. Clearly, Lola owns a Spartan football jersey but this day was a bit chilly and required something a little more substantial. And yes, sometimes I find it necessary to put clothes on my dog. Don’t hate.

I LOVE this post and love that I have the same list of new mother reason pictures out there too! Gotta love it!! Miss you guys!!
