We met with Great Grandma and Great Grandpa to take a trip back in time complete with trains, Model T cars, puppets, custard and a carousel. I never realized how kid friendly Greenfield Village was until I came with a wee one. Then again, if I think back, I have wonderful memories of going with my family. In fact, I remember The Village being synonymous with rock candy. And what is better to a kid than rock candy?
Sometimes I worry, unnecessarily, that Jack is too young to enjoy certain things. But you never know until you give it a go. Sometimes you might have a huge fail (i.e. taking Jack to the DIA) and other times he will surprise you. The important thing is to keep trying new adventures.
