The Grand Prix is back on Belle Isle and has been keeping us up all weekend. The cars and concerts may be loud enough to hear from home, but as far as we’re concerned, the excitement and noise are 100% welcome.
We were able to attend the races courtesy of Charter One Bank. Our location was phenomenal, the food was delicious and the company even better.
My dad, being a valued customer, was even offered a chance to ride in a pace car. I told him this was an offer he should so generously gift to his beloved daughter. To which he responded “yeah right.” It was worth a try.
I have never been to a race but really enjoyed the experience. Ryan said he would like to go every year. I’m up for that. If you haven’t had a chance to go, GO! There are still events today and a concert tonight.
