When you first enter our house there is a tiny scrap of wall that was once covered in pink wallpaper. The same lovely wallpaper is still being displayed in our first floor half bath.

So we stripped off the old paper (on the small area, not the bathroom, that is for another time)…
…and decided to go BOLD!!!
The results are even better than I had hoped for. Probably because my friend Caroline did most of the work. Thank you Ms. Carrie.
When I bought the wallpaper from anthropologie, I was nervous that it would be too much but I am so happy I took the risk. This is my new favorite part of the house.
Now, if only the bathroom could be as aesthetically pleasing. Oh well. One project at a time.

What about the heat grates? I would paint those white.
Leave the top piece brown paint the rest white.
